Sale and lease back is more or less the same principle as a real estate lease, only here it is an existing building. An investor or bank invests in real estate that can be leased back by the company.
Should I invest in real estate?
A good investment is characterised by the highest possible, stable return. However, when investing in real estate, as with any investment, the higher the return, the higher the risk.
